AbstractObjective To explore the effect of comprehensive physical and mental nursing intervention in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B patients and the influence of anxiety and depression on patients.Methods From March 2016 to March 2018,94 patients with chronic hepatitis B in our hospital were selected and divided into routine nursing group(n=47)and comprehensive nursing group(n=47)according to random number table method.The patients in both groups were treated with routine antiviral therapy and liver protection therapy.The patients in routine nursing group were given routine nursing and the patients in comprehensive nursing group were given comprehensive nursing of body and mind.After 6 months of treatment and nursing,the compliance,recovery,anxiety and depression were compared between the two groups.Results The total compliance rate in the comprehensive nursing group were significantly higher than those in the routine nursing group(P＜0.05）.The recovery rate of liver function,the recovery rate of α-fetoprotein and the negative conversion rate of hepatitis B virus deoxyribonucleic acid in the comprehensive nursing group were significantly higher than those in the routine nursing group (P＜0.05）.There was no significant difference in self-rating anxiety scale scores and self-rating depressive scale scores before nursing between the two groups (P＞0.05）,but the SAS and SDS scores were significantly decreased in the two groups after nursing(P＜0.05）.The SAS and SDS scores in comprehensive nursing group were significantly lower than those in routine nursing group(P＜0.05）.Conclusion Physical and mental comprehensive nursing intervention in the treatment of patients with chronic hepatitis B can improve the compliance of the patients,so that the patients can recover,but also can effectively alleviate the anxiety and depression of patients and other adverse emotions.
