痰热清注射液联合参附注射液治疗老年重症肺炎的临床效果

Abstract Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Tanreqing Injection combined with Shenfu Injection in the treatment of senile severe pneumonia.Methods All of 98 elderly patients with severe pneumonia treated in our hospital from June 2016 to June 2018 were selected as the study subjects.The patients were divided into the control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 49 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with routine western medicine such as anti-infection,phlegm-resolving,assisted ventilation and nutritional support.The observation group was treated with Tanreqing Injection and Shenfu Injection on the basis of the control group.The total effective rate of treatment,mortality rate,residence time in intensive care unit(ICU),hospitalization day and hospitalization cost,blood routine and blood gas analysis were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than the control group,the mortality rate was lower than the control group,the residence time in ICU and the hospitalization day were shorter those of the control group,and the hospitalization cost was less than that in the control group,and the differences were significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the white blood cell(WBC)in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the WBC in the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The platelet(PLT),arterial partial pressure of oxygen(PaO2),blood oxygen saturation(SaO2),oxygenation index(PaO2/FiO2)in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the above-mentioned indexes in the observation group was higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion On the basis of conventional western medicine treatment,the addition of Tanreqing Injection and Shenfu Injection can significantly improve the treatment effect of senile patients with severe pneumonia,reduce mortality rate and shorten the course of disease,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
