| Clinical effect of anti-early pregnancy drugs combined with uterine curettage on missed abortion |

Abstract Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of oral anti-early pregnancy drugs combined with Qinggong in the treatment of missed abortion.Methods A total of 86 patients with missed abortion admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to September 2018 were selected as the subjects.The patients were randomly divided into the observation group (n=43)and the control group (n=43).Patients in the observation group were treated with oral Mifepristone and Misoprostol,and then combined with uterine curettage.Patients in the control group were treated with oral Estradiol Valerate and then treated with uterine curettage.The intraoperative cervical softening and dilatation effects,the time spent on surgery,the amount of bleeding,the incidence of induced abortion syndrome,the natural excretion rate of the embryo after administration,and the success rate of one-time cure were observed and compared between the two groups respectively.Results The total effective rate of cervical softening and dilatation in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the operation time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,and the amount of bleeding of the observation group was less than that of the control group,the incidence of induced abortion syndrome of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the natural excretion rate of the embryo and the one-time success rate of uterine curettage in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Oral anti-early pregnancy drug such as Misoprostol and Misoprostol combined with uterine curettage is more effective in the treatment of missed abortion.Oral anti-pregnancy drugs can reduce the difficulty of uterine surgery.the success rate of one-time cure under this treatment method is high,which can reduce the time spent on surgery,reduce the amount of bleeding,and reduce the incidence of induced abortion syndrome.This treatment method is worthy of popularization and application in the clinic.
