曲美他嗪联合辅酶Q10治疗高龄慢性心力衰竭的效果

Abstract [Abstract]Objective To investigate the efficacy of Trimetazidine combined with coenzyme Q10 in the treatment of chronic heart failure.Methods A total of 96 elderly patients with chronic heart failure admitted to cardiology department from June 2017 to June 2018 were selected as the subjects,and divided into the treatment group and the control group by random number table method,with 48 cases in each group.The control group was given the routine treatment for chronic heart failure in addition to Trimetazidine.Coenzyme Q10 was added to the treatment group on the basis of the control group.The serum N-terminal pro brain natriuretic peptide (NT-proBNP),heart fatty acid binding protein(H-FABP),Nexilin and cardiac function were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the serum levels of NT-proBNP,H-FABP and Nexilin in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The serum levels of NT-proBNP,H-FABP and Nexilin in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of stroke volume(SV)and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and Left ventricular end-systolic volume index(LVESVI)and Left ventricular end-diastolic volume index (LVEDVI)were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Trimetazidine combined with coenzyme Q10 can significantly reduce the levels of NT-proBNP,H-FABP and Nexilin in elderly patients with chronic heart failure,and improve cardiac function,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
