非综合征性多发性多生牙患者的临床特征

Abstract Objective To analyze the clinical features of non-syndromic multiple supernumerary teeth by cone beam CT and to guide treatment options.Methods The clinical data of 22 patients with non-syndromic multiple supernumerary teeth diagnosed and treated in Huizhou Stomatological Hospital from January 2015 to December 2017 were retrospectively analyzed to explore their clinical features.Results The average age of the 22 patients(98 teeth)was(27.59±9.95)years old,and the male to female ratio was 1.75：1.There were 10(10.21%)in the anterior region,79(80.61%)in the premolar region,and 9(9.18%)in the molar region.There were 31(31.63%)maxillary teeth and 67(68.37%)mandibular teeth.As to the morphology of the supernumerary teeth,8 cases(8.16%)were conical,12 cases(12.25%)were nodular,and 78 cases(79.59%)were supplementary.No dental tumor was found.Five patients(22.73%)had dental crowding and malocclusion,one patient(4.54%)had tooth cysts,and one patient(4.54%)had pulp symptoms and sinus tract.No complications such as absorption of the adjacent tooth root and excessive interdental space were found.Conclusion Non-syndromic multiple supernumerary teeth are more common in males,and more likely to occur in the mandibular premolar area.Buried supernumerary teeth are mostly close to the bone plate,which is conducive to surgical removal,but it is also easy to damage adjacent structures.Therefore,cone beam CT can be used to assist in the design of treatment plans for supernumerary teeth.
