自我管理技能训练联合音乐疗法对精神分裂症患者自理能力和康复效果的影响

Abstract Objective To explore the effect of self-management skill training combined with music therapy on self-care ability and rehabilitation effect of patients with schizophrenia. Methods A total of 120 schizophrenic patients who hospitalized in our hospital from January to December 2017 were selected and divided into study group (n=60) and control group (n=60) according to random number table method. The control group received routine drug therapy and nursing care, on this basis, the study group was implemented an eight-week self-management skills training combined with music therapy. The self-care ability and rehabilitation function of the inpatients were evaluated by the nurse observation scale (NOSIE), and the activity of daily living (ADL). Results After 8 weeks of intervention, the scores of ADL in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group, the total NOSIE score was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion The combination of self-management skill training and music therapy can improve the ability of self-care of mental patients, promote the recovery of disease and reduce the recurrence rate.
