心理干预对重症手足口患儿康复及家属心理状态的影响研究

Abstract Objective To explore the effect of psychological intervention on rehabilitation of children with severe hand foot mouth disease (HFMD) and their family members′ psychological state. Methods A total of 60 children with severe HFMD and their family members admitted to Jiangxi Children′s Hospital from June 2016 to December 2017 were selected and randomly divided into control group and research group, 30 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing on the basis of clinical treatment, while the research group was given psychological intervention on the basis of the control group. The hospitalization time, critical illness conversion rate and family anxiety self-rating scale (SAS) scores before and after intervention were compared between the two groups. Results The hospitalization time of the research group was significantly shorter than that of the control group (P＜0.05), the transformation rate of critical illness in the research group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P＜0.05), and the SAS score of the two groups after intervention was significantly lower than that before intervention (P＜0.05), and the research group was significantly lower than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05）.Conclusion Psychological intervention can shorten the hospitalization time of children with severe HFMD, reduce the conversion rate of critical illness, and alleviate the anxiety of family members of children with severe HFMD.
