推拿手法配合艾灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果及对患者腰腿功能的影响

Abstract Objective To investigate the effect of massage manipulation combined with moxibustion in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation and its influence on waist and leg function of patients. Methods Sixty patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted to our hospital from March 2017 to November 2018 were selected as subjects. They were divided into group A and group B according to the random number table method, 30 cases in each group. Patients in the group A were treated with massage manipulation, and patients in the group B were treated with massage manipulation and moxibustion. The therapeutic effect, the visual analogue scale (VAS) score before and after treatment, and the positive rate of straight leg elevation test were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the group B was 96.67%, which was higher than 70.00% in the group A, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). There was no significant difference in VAS score between the two groups before treatment (P＞0.05). The VAS scores of the two groups at 1 and 2 weeks after treatment were lower than those before treatment, and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). The VAS scores of the group B at 1 and 2 weeks after treatment were lower than those of the group A, and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). The positive rate of straight leg elevation test after treatment in the group B was 10.00%, which was significantly lower than that in the group A (36.67%), and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion The massage manipulation combined with moxibustion can significantly improve the therapeutic effect of lumbar disc herniation, reduce the degree of pain, and improve waist and leg function.
