局部注药联合支气管肺泡灌洗治疗耐药菌感染的支气管扩张症的临床效果

Abstract Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of local injection combined with bronchoalveolar lavage in the treatment of bronchiectasis with drug-resistant infection. Methods A total of 136 patients with bronchiectasis infected with drug-resistant bacteria were enrolled in our hospital from December 2015 to November 2018. The patients were divided into the observation group (68 cases) and the control group (68 cases) according to the random number table method. The observation group was treated with local injection combined with bronchoalveolar lavage, and the control group was treated with bronchoalveolar lavage. The total effective rate, length of hospital stay, normal blood test time,length of clinical symptoms disappeared, arterial blood of carbon dioxide partial pressure (PaCO2) and arterial oxygen partial pressure (PaO2) indicators were compared between the two groups. Results The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, with significant difference (P＜0.05). The length of hospital stay, the normal period of blood routine recovery and the length of clinical symptoms disappeared in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).The PaCO2 index of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). The PaO2 index of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion Local injection combined with bronchoalveolar lavage can effectively improve the prognosis of patients with bronchiectasis, and the clinical value is higher.
