泡沫敷料在预防呼吸科无创辅助通气患者鼻部压疮中的应用

Abstract Objective To explore the application value of foam dressing in the prevention of nasal pressure sore in patients with non-invasive ventilation in respiratory department.Methods Sixty-two patients who underwent noninvasive ventilator treatment from January to June in 2017 in our hospital were selected as the study subjects.According to different nursing regimens,they were divided into control group(n=31)and observation group(n=31).In the control group,routine nasal care was used,and in the observation group,foam dressing on the basis of the control group was adopted.The incidence of nasal pressure sores,comfort,and quality of life scores were compared between the two groups.Results The total incidence of nasal pressure sores in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total nursing comfort of the observation group was 93.55%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group (70.97%),with a statistical difference (P＜0.05).The quality of life scores of the two groups were higher than those before the intervention,and after the intervention,the quality of life scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion For patients with non-invasive ventilator assisted ventilation,foam dressing can greatly reduce the incidence of nasal pressure sores,and improve patient comfort as well as quality of life.It is worthy of further exploration and promotion in the clinic.
