咽鼓管球囊扩张术治疗慢性复发性分泌性中耳炎的临床效果

Abstract Objective To investigate the clinical effect of balloon dilatation （PTCA）of eustachian tube on chronic recurrent secretory otitis media.Methods A total of 100 patients with chronic recurrent secretory otitis media from January 2016 to January 2018 were enrolled in the hospital.By an odd/even numbering,they were divided into control group (tympanic membrane catheterization)and observation group (Eustachian PTCA),50 cases in each group.The clinical effect of the two groups was compared.Results The Valsalva,airway hearing threshold,total incidence of complications,eustachian dysfunction scores 1,3，and 6 months after operation were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The airway hearing threshold and total effectiveness rate in the observation group were higher than those the control group (P＜0.05).The time of effusion disappearance and tinnitus disappearance,the healing time of tympanic membrane,and the time of hearing returning to normal were shorter than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion For chronic recurrent secretory otitis media,eustachian PTCA can obtain a remarkable effect.
