口腔种植修复与常规修复治疗牙列缺失的效果比较

Abstract Objective To analyze the effect of dental implant repair and routine repair in the treatment of dentition loss.Methods From February 2015 to February 2017,60 cases of dentition loss in our hospital were selected as the research object.All the subjects were divided into observation groups (n=30)and control group (n=30)according to random number table method.The control group was treated by routine repair therapy,and the observation group was treated with dental implant repair.The satisfaction degree of the two groups of patients after repair and the effect of clinical repair were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group(96.67%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(70.00%).The difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The scores of language function,masticatory function,retention function,comfort and aesthetics in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,with statistically difference (P＜0.05).Conclusion In the treatmentof dentition loss,the method of implantation and repair is better for the treatment of dentition.It is helpful to improve the patient′s satisfaction with the oral function,masticatory function,retention function,comfort,beauty and so on after the dentition repair.It is worthy of further popularization and application in clinical practice.
