| Effect of Shenqi Fuzheng Injection in the adjuvant treatment of breast cancer and its influence on hematopoietic function and immune function |

Abstract Objective To study and analyze the effect of Shenqi Fuzheng Injection in the adjuvant treatment of breast cancer and its influence on hematopoietic function and immune function.Methods From January 2015 to January 2018,100 patients with breast cancer who were confirmed by breast surgery in our hospital were selected as the research object.All patients were divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the random number table method,50 patients in each group.The control group was given routine CAF chemotherapy.The experimental group was given Shenqi Fuzheng Injection on the basis of the control group,and treated with chemotherapy for 28 days.The hematopoietic indexes(such as WBC,Hb,PLT)and immune indexes(such as IL-2,IL-4,IL-10,and IFN-γ)were compared before and after treatment between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in WBC,Hb,PLT and other hematopoietic indexes between the two groups before treatment(P＞0.05).After different treatments,the levels of WBC,Hb and PLT in the experimental group were not significantly different from those before treatment(P＞0.05).After treatment,the level of WBC,Hb,PLT and other hematopoietic indexes in the control group were significantly lower than those before treatment,with significant difference (P＜0.05).The levels of WBC,Hb and PLT in the experimental group after treatment were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the immune indexes of IL-2,IL-4,IL-10 and IFN-γ between the two groups before treatment(P＞0.05).After different treatments,the levels of IL-2 and IFN-γ in the experimental group were significantly higher than those before treatment,and the levels of IL-4 and IL-10 in the experimental group were significantly lower than those before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The levels of IL-2 and IFN-γ in the control group after treatment were significantly higher than those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the levels of IL-4 and IL-10 between after and before treatment in the control group(P＞0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-2 and IFN-γ in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the levels of IL-4 and IL-10 in the experimental group after treatment were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Shenqi Fuzheng Injection can significantly improve the hematopoietic function and immunity of patients with breast cancer,and improve the treatment effect.It is superior to chemotherapy alone.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
