颅内压监测仪指导临床护理在重型颅脑损伤患者中的应用效果

Abstract Objective To investigate the application effect of intracranial pressure monitor to guide clinical nursing in patients with severe craniocerebral injury.Methods A total of 42 patients with severe craniocerebral injury admitted to our hospital from January to October 2017 were selected as research subjects.The patients were divided into the conventional group(21 cases)and the experimental group(21 cases)according to the envelope random grouping method.In the conventional group,traditional nursing was used,while in the experimental group,intracranial pressure monitor guiding the clinical nursing was adopted.The mortality,rebleeding rate,disability rate,hospitalization time,and quality of life scores between the two groups were compared.Results The mortality,rebleeding rate and disability rate in the experimental group were lower than those in the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The hospitalization time in the experimental group was shorter than that in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The score of life quality in the experimental group was higher than that in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The intracranial pressure monitor guiding the clinical nursing in patients with severe craniocerebral injury obtains a remarkable effect,which can reduce the disability rate and mortality of patients and improve the prognosis.
