| Application effect of humanistic nursing care in the nursing of patients with kidney stone surgery |

Abstract Objective To explore the application effect of humanistic nursing care in the nursing of patients with kidney stone surgery.Methods A total of 128 patients with renal calculi treated by operation in our hospital from December 2016 to February 2018 were selected as the research objects,according to the different nursing methods,they were divided into observation group and control group,with 64 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,while the observation group was given humanistic nursing care on the basis of routine nursing.Postoperative pain score,sleep efficiency score,incidence of complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The pain scores of the observation group at 12,24 and 48 hours after operation were significantly lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The sleep efficiency score and nursing satisfaction of the patients in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the incidence of complications was significantly lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of humanistic nursing care for patients with renal calculi can effectively relieve the pain after operation,improve the sleep quality and nursing satisfaction of patients,and reduce the occurrence of complications.It has clinical application value.
