泌尿生殖道支原体培养与药敏结果分析

Abstract Objective To know the infection status and drug sensitivity analysis of Ureaplasma urealyticum (Uu)and Mycoplasma hominis(Mh)of genitourinary tract in patients with urogenital tract infection,and recommend empiric drugs to clinic for the treatment of Mycoplasma infection in genitourinary tract.Methods A total of 1639 samples in patients with urogenital tract infection from January 2011 to December 2017 were collected.All samples were tested using the Biomerieux Mycoplasma IST 2 culture identification and sensitivity test kit.Results The positive rate of Mycoplasma in genitourinary tract of all patients was 39.5%(648/1639),of whom 608 cases(37.0%)were Uu infection,11 cases(0.7%)were Mh infection alone,and 29 cases(1.8%)were mixed infection of Uu and Mh(Uu＋Mh).The results of drug sensitivity showed that Uu had the highest sensitivity to Pristinamycine (99.2%),followed by Doxycycline (98.8%)and Ciprofloxacine (the drug resistance rate was 77.8%)had the strongest resistance.The sensitivity rate of Mh to Doxycycline,Pristinamycine and Josamycine was the highest(100.0%)and Erythromycine was the most resistant(the drug resistance rate was 90.9%).The sensitivity rate of Uu+Mh to Doxycycline and Tetracycline was the highest(100.0%),while Erythromycine and Ciprofloxacine were the most resistant(the drug resistance rate was 82.8%).Conclusion Ureaplasma urealyticum is the main cause of urogential mycoplasma infection.Doxycycline should be used as the preferred antibiotic for genital mycoplasma infection.
