不同方案治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭的效果比较

Abstract Objective To analyze the effect of different regimens in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)with type 2 respiratory failure.Methods Sixty-six patients with COPD and type 2 respiratory failure admitted to our hospital from February 2016 to February 2017 were enrolled in the study.They were divided into control group and observation group according to the order of treatment,with 33 cases in each group.In the control group,routine treatment was used,while in the observation group,conventional treatment combined with non-invasive ventilator treatment was adopted.The clinical treatment effect of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The heart rate,respiratory rate and arterial blood carbon dioxide partial pressure(PaCO2)of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,while the blood oxygen partial pressure(PaO2)was higher than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P＜0.05).The clinical treatment effectiveness rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,with a significant difference (P＜0.05).The first second forced expiratory volume (FEV1)and the ratio of FEV1to the forced vital capacity ratio (FEV1/FVC)were lower than those of the control group,with statistical differences(P＜0.05).The quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,with statistical significance (P＜0.05).Conclusion For patients with COPD and type 2 respiratory failure,on the basis of the conventional treatment,the combination of non-invasive ventilator can improve the lung function and lung ventilation,patients′breathing and heart rate,as well as patients′quality of life with a high clinical therapeutic effect.
