克拉玛依市昆仑社区老年人高血压的患病情况及危险因素

Abstract Objective To investigate the prevalence of hypertension and the risk factors of poor blood pressure control among the elderly in Kunlun，Karamay，in order to provide theoretical basis for community doctors to conduct lifestyle and drug intervention.Methods A total of 2630 patients with hypertension who visited Kunlun community from March 2011 to December 2017 were selected as research objects，detailed records of past medical history，behavior，eating habits and lifestyle were recorded，the prevalence and risk factors of hypertension were statistically analyzed.Results The prevalence rate of hypertension was 56.99%in the elderly in Kunlun community.The results of multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that more than 10 cigarettes （OR=1.462），long term alcohol （OR=1.866），less than 2 times per week （OR=1.467），BMI＞28 kg/m2 （OR=1.958），abdominal obesity （OR=2.032），hypertriglyceridemia （OR=1.688），hypercholesterolemia （OR=1.203），high and low density lipoprotein cholesterolemia （OR=1.210），hyperuricemia（OR=1.928）were the high risk factors for poor control of hypertension （P＜0.05）.Conclusion Many factors lead to poor control of hypertension in the elderly in this community.A long-term and continuous supervision and intervention mechanism should be established to control hypertension in the community，improve the unfavourable lifestyle to reduce the risk of sudden cardio cerebrovascular events and enhance the quality of life.
