心胆同治针刺治疗少阳头痛的效果

Abstract [Abstract]Objective To explore the clinical effect of simultaneous treatment of heart and gallbladder meridian for acupuncture treating shaoyang headache.Methods All of 116 patients with shaoyang headache treated by Rehabilitation Physiotherapy Center in Yangjiang People′s Hospital from May 2016 to January 2018 were selected.They were divided into the two groups with 58 cases in each group according to the principle of random drawing lots.The control group was treated with local acupoints for acupuncture while the observation group was treated with simultaneous treatment of heart and gallbladder meridian for acupuncture.After 3 weeks of treatment,the clinical effect between the two groups was compared.Results After 3 weeks of treatment,the VAS scores of the two groups were significantly decreased(P＜0.05),and the VAS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P＜0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 87.9%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group (75.9%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.887,P=0.0021).Conclusion Simultaneous treatment of heart and gallbladder meridian for acupuncture treating shaoyang headache can better improve the headache symptoms of patients,the effect is affirmative,and it is worth promoting.
