艾灸配合穴位贴敷治疗老年抑郁症的临床效果

Abstract Objective To observe the clinical effect of moxibustion combined with acupoint application in the treatment of senile depression patients.Methods From September 2017 to April 2018,64 patients with senile depression who were admitted into the psychiatric department of our hospital and cooperative hospital were randomly assigned(according to the random number table method)to the treatment group and the control group,with 32 patients in each group.The control group was given Sertraline Hydrochloride for treatment,while the treatment group was given moxibustion and acupoint application on the basis of oral Sertraline Hydrochloride Tablets.The score of Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)before and after treatment and the curative effect in the two groups were observed.Results The HAMD scores of the two groups were lower than those of the control group after 2,4 and 8 weeks treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The HAMD scores of the treatment group after 2,4 and 8 weeks of treatment were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).After 8 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate was 93.75%in the treatment group,which was higher than that of the control group(84.38%),and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Moxibustion combined with acupoint application has a significant effect treating senile depression.
