| Application effect of individualized continuous nursing in patients with pneumoconiosis |

Abstract Objective To explore the application effect of individualized continuous nursing in patients with pneumoconiosis.Methods Sixty patients with pneumoconiosis admitted to our hospital from February 2016 to April 2017 were selected as subjects.They were divided into control group (30 cases)and observation group (30 cases)according to computer randomization method.The control group was used routine care,the observation group was used personalized continuation care,the quality of life and lung function of the two groups were campared.Results The forced vital capacity(FVC),Forced Expiratory Volume in the first second(FEV1)and FEV1/FVC of the observation group were higher than those before the nursing(P＜0.05).The FVC,FEV1and FEV1/FVC of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P＜0.05).The scores of physiological function,physiological function,vitality,general health,social function,mental health and emotional function were higher than those of the control group,and the somatic pain score was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Individualized continuous nursing can effectively improve the lung function of patients with pneumoconiosis and improve the quality of life of patients.
