认知功能干预对系统性红斑狼疮患者认知功能及日常生活活动能力的影响

Abstract Objective To investigate the influence of cognitive intervention in the systemic lupus erythematosus patients with cognitive dysfunction.Methods A total of 46 systemic lupus erythematosus patients with mild or moderate cognitive impairment treated in our hospital from August 2016 to Februry 2018 were selected as the subjects,and randomly divided to intervention group and control group,23 cases in each group.The systemic lupus erythematosus patients in intervention group received 2 hour of cognitive intervention training for 3 times per week.The patients in control group were not intervened.The montreal cognitive assessment(MoCA),basic cognitive ability test and abilities of daily living scale(ADL-BI)afer 3 months were compared.Results After cognitive intervention,the scores of MoCA(except language)and abstract and ADL-BI in the experimental group were significantly higher than those of before intervention or those in the control group (P＜0.05).The scores of the basic cognitive ability test were significantly higher than those of before intervention or those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The cognitive intervention may improve cognitive function and abilities of daily living in the systemic lupus erythematosus patients with cognitive impairment.
