中西医结合治疗干眼症的临床效果

Abstract Objective To observe the effect of decoction and ear acupoint pressing method in treating dry eye syndrome.Methods A total of 100 patients with dry eye syndrome in the Fourth People′s Hospital in Shenyang City from July 2017 to May 2018 were selected as subjects.The patients were divided into treatment group and control group by random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with Artificial Tear Drops,and the patients in the treatment group were treated with internal decoction plus auricular point sticking on the basis of the control group.After 1 month of treatment,clinical symptom scores,tear secretion test(SIT),tear film rupture time(BUT)and corneal fluorescein staining(FL)were compared between the two groups.The total therapeutic efficiency of the two groups was compared.Results The clinical symptom scores,SIT,BUT and FL of patients in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive treatment of decoction and ear acupoint pressing method with sodium hyaluronate eye drops in treating dry eye syndrome is more effective than sodium hyaluronate eye drops alone,it deserves to popularize.
