B超引导神经阻滞与传统神经阻滞在上肢神经阻滞麻醉中的效果比较

Abstract Objective To compare the effect of B-ultrasound guided nerve block and traditional nerve block in upper limb nerve block anesthesia.Methods A total of 128 patients given upper extremity surgery in our hospital from May 2016 to February 2018 were selected as observation objects and they were divided into the control group (n=64)and study group (n=64)according to odd or even number.In the control group,blind brachial plexus block anesthesia was selected,while in the study group,B-ultrasound guided brachial plexus block anesthesia was selected.The anesthetic effect between the two groups was compared.Results The excellent and good rate of anesthesia in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The operation time,drug onset time in the study group were shorter than those of the control group,and anesthetic drug dose was less than that of the control group,and the anesthesia maintenance time was longer than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Compared with the traditional nerve block,B-ultrasound guided nerve block is superior in patients with upper limb surgery.It can quickly take effect,shorten the operation time,reduce the dose f the drug,and prolong the action time,which is worthy of clinical selection and promotion.
