经阴道彩色多普勒超声对子宫内膜病变的诊断价值

Abstract Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasonography for endometrial lesions.Methods A total of 106 patients with endometrial lesions who were admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to December 2017 were selected as study subjects.All patients were given transvaginal color Doppler ultrasonography.The results of the examination were compared with the surgical pathology results.Results After study,patients with endometrial cancer were found to have uterine effusion;for the patients with endometrial cancer,endometrial complex hyperplasia,the thickness of the endometrium was＞10 mm;there were no significant differences in resistance index(RI)between endometrial complex hyperplasia and endometrial polyps(P＞0.05);the differences of the RI values of the patients with endometrial complex hyperplasia,endometrial polyps and endometrial cancer were statistically significant(P＜0.05);compared with the results of surgical pathological diagnosis,the diagnostic coincidence rates of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis for endometrial complex hyperplasia,endometrial polyps,and endometrial cancer were 93.75%,100.00%,and 95.00%,respectively.Conclusion Transvaginal color Doppler ultrasonography is used to diagnose endometrial lesions,and the detection rate is high.It is a non-invasive examination and has almost no damage to the uterus,which is worthy of further investigation and promotion in clinical practice.
