Application effect of Dezocine administered at different time points in patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery |

Abstract Objective To compare the application effect of Dezocine administered at different time points in patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery.Methods All of 105 patients scheduled for gynecologic laparoscopy treated in our hospital from June 2016 to July 2018 were selected,and they were randomly divided into group A(n=52)and group B(n=53).Patients in group A received intravenous injection of Dezocine 60 min before end surgery.Patients in group B received same intervene 20 min before end surgery.At the same time,20 patients were set up as blank control group.The recovery time of anesthesia,restlessness score during recovery and incidence of adverse reactions after recovery were compared in patients among the three groups.Results The restlessness score of group A and group B were lower than those of the blank control group at the time of recovery and 5,10 and 20 minutes after extubation(P<0.05).At 20 minutes after extubation,the agitation score in group B was lower than that in group A(P<0.05).The recovery time was the longest in group B,followed by group A and the shortest in blank control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions was 9.62%,9.43%and 10.00%respectively in group A,group B and blank control group at 24 hours after operation,and there was no significant difference (P>0.05).Conclusion Intravenous injection of appropriate amount of Dezocine before end operation can effectively prevent restlessness during recovery period of general anesthesia in gynecological laparoscopic patients,and intravenous injection of Dezocine 60 minutes before operation can effectively prevent restlessness during recovery period in patients with gynecological laparoscopic surgery.
