| Observation of the application effect on details management in the nursing management of supply room |

Abstract ObjectiveTo explore the application value of details management in the nursing management of supply room.MethodsA total of 120 medical staffs in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2016 were selected as the subjects.According to the sequence of selected time,they were divided into the control group (January to December,in 2015)and the research group(January to December,in 2016),with 60 cases in each group.In the control group,the medical staff were provided with traditional nursing management mode in the supply room,and in the research group,the details management mode in the supply room was adopted.The scores of nursing quality of supply room and clinical satisfaction were compared between the two groups.ResultsThe safety recognition ability,risk prevention consciousness,and service awareness in the research group were significantly higher than those in the control group,with significiant differences(P＜0.05).On satisfaction of recovery,packaging,distribution,and service in the research group were all superior to those in the control group,with significiant differences (P＜0.05).ConclusionIn the nursing management of the supply room,application of details management can effectively improve the nursing quality of the supply room and clinical satisfaction,and has a high value for promotion.
