肝硬化门静脉血栓治疗进展

Abstract Portal venous thrombosis (PVT)is a complication which rare and severe of decompensate cirrhosis.PVT tend to ignore and misdiagnose for it atypical clinical symdrome.The routine treatments for PVT include anticoagulation,thrombolysis,intervention and surgery.Until now,there isn′t a common view about the treatment of PVT.It may be a fatal attack for the patients who can′t receive treatment timely and efficiently.In recent years,with the development of radiological technology,more information of PVT were discovered,it has attracted more attention of clinical workers.This article aims to provide direction and reference for clinical workers by summarizing the treatment progress of PVT patients.
