| Clinical effect of Salbutamol Sulfate Solution combined with Budesonide Suspension aerosol inhalation in the treatment of children with bronchial asthma complicated with pneumonia |

Abstract Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Salbutamol Sulfate Solution combined with Budesonide Suspension aerosol inhalation in the treatment of children with bronchial asthma complicated with pneumonia.Methods Altogether 72 cases of children with bronchial asthma complicated with pneumonia who were treated in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2017 were selected as the research subjects,and they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 36 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with Salbutamol Sulfate Solution and Budesonide Suspension aerosol inhalation,while the control group was treated with Budesonide Suspension aerosol inhalation.The clinical treatment effect,recurrence and changes of lung function (1 second forced expiratory volume [FEV1],FEV1proportion)before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 94.4%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(86.1%),and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).There were no significant differences in the FEV1and proportion of FEV1between the two groups before treatment(P＞0.05).The FEV1and proportion of FEV1in the two groups after treatment were significantly higher than those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The FEV1and proportion of FEV1in the observation group after treatment were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The recurrence rate of the observation group was 5.6%(2/36),which was significantly lower than that of the control group accounting for 22.2%(8/36),and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The effect of Salbutamol Sulfate Solution combined with Budesonide Suspension aerosol inhalation is certain in the treatment of children with bronchial asthma complicated with pneumonia,and it can significantly change the clinical symptoms,with lower recurrence rate,which is worthy of clinical application.
