| Effect of Case-based nursing management combined with continuous nursing on breast cancer fatigue and life quality |

Abstract Objective To explore the effect of case-based nursing combined with continuous nursing on breast cancer fatigue and life quality.Methods A total of 80 cases with breast cancer in our hospital from January 2017 to May 2018 were selected.They were divided into control group and observation group according to rondom number table method,40 cases in each group.The control group was given continuous nursing after discharge.The observation group was implemented case-based nursing management combined with the continuous nursing intervention,all were related situation was evaluated 2 weeks,and the changes of the piper cancer fatigue （PFS）scores after the intervention were compared,the sleep quality of all the participants before and after the intervention were analyzed.The life quality of KPS before and after intervention were compared.Results After intervention,the scores and total scores of the PFS in the observation group were significantly lower than control group (P＜0.05）.After the intervention,the sleep quality in the observation group was lower than post-intervention control group (P＜0.05）,the KPS life quality score in the observation group was higher than control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05）.Conclusion Casebased nursing intervention combined with continuous nursing intervention can reduce the cancer fatigue index during breast cancer,so it can improve the sleep quality and life quality.
