| Effect comparison of laparoscope-assisted and laparotomy D2radical operation for stomach cancer in the treatment of advanced stomach cancer |

Abstract Objective To compare the differences between laparoscope-assisted and laparotomy D2radical operation for stomach cancer in the treatment of advanced stomach cancer.Methods A total of 38 patients were systematically reviewed who were diagnosed in the First Department of Surgery of our hospital from March 2014 to March 2015,all cases of gastric cancer were divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the different surgical methods,19 cases in each group.The experimental group adopted laparoscope-assisted D2radical operation for stomach cancer,while the control group was treated with laparotomy D2radical operation for stomach cancer.The operation time,bleeding volume,abdominal drainage volume,exhaust time and hospitalization time were observed and compared between the two groups.After 3 years′follow-up visit,the postoperative long-term survival rate was analyzed.Results The average operation time of the experimental group was significantly longer than that of the control group,the intraoperative bleeding volume and abdominal drainage volume in the experimental group were significantly less than those in the control group,the exhaust time and hospitalization time in the experimental group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,with significant difference (P＜0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions and mortality rate of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The effect of laparoscope-assisted D2radical operation for stomach cancer in the treatment of advanced stomach cancer is significant and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
