舒适护理在消化性溃疡出血患者护理中的应用效果

Abstract Objective To explore the effect of comfortable nursing in peptic ulcer bleeding patients treating by micropump.Methods A total of 100 cases with peptic ulcer bleeding treated in our hospital from September 2016 to September 2017 were selected as the research object,they were all treated with randomly divided into two groups,50 cases in each group.All patients were treated with continuous infusion of microinjector of octreotide.Patients in the control group were nursed by traditional nursing method,while patients in the observation group were given the comfortable nursing method.The curative effect,bleeding and hemostasis of the two groups,the average length of hospitalization and the nursing satisfaction of two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05）.The average bleeding times,hemostasis time and hospitalization time in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05）.The total nursing satisfaction rate of patients in the observation group was higher than that in control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05）.Conclusion The treatment of patients with peptic ulcer hemorrhage with micropump can significantly improve the treatment effect,reduce bleeding effectively,improve nursing satisfaction,and deserve clinical promotion.
