| Study the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine nursing on patients with wind chill facial paralysis |

Abstract Objecttive To study the clinical effect of acupuncture treatment combined with traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention on patients with wind chill facial paralysis.Methods A total of 50 patients with cold type facial paralysis treated in our hospital from October 2016 to September 2017 were selected.They were divided into control groups and observation group by random number table method,25 cases in each group.The patients in control group were treated with routine acupuncture,and the patients in observation group were treated with acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention.After treatment,the facial nerve functional classification scale(H-B),depression scale(SDS)and anxiety scale(SAS)were observed in the two groups.Results The normal rate of facial nerve recovery in the observation group(72.00%)was higher than that in the control group(40.00%)(P<0.05）.After treatment,the scores of SDS and SAS in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05）.Conclusion Acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention has good clinical effect on patients with wind chill facial paralysis,can effectively improve the condition of patients with wind chill facial paralysis,and promote their rehabilitation,improve the treatment effect and quality of life,which is worth to be used in clinical promotion.
