黄芪颗粒联合孟鲁司特钠对咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿肺功能和生活质量的影响

Abstract ObjectiveTo investigate the influence of Astragalus Granules combined with Montelukast sodium on pulmonary function and life quality in children with cough variation asthma.MethodsEighty-eight children with cough variation asthma treated in outpatient of Department of Pediatrics in the Second Hospital of Chaoyang City from January 2014 and December 2016 were selected and they were randomly divided into the control group (n=44)and the treatment group (n=44).The two groups were given Montelukast sodium treatment,at the same time,on the basis of this,the treatment group was given oral Astragalus Granules,and patients were treated for 3 months.The clinical efficacy between the two groups was compared,and the lung function and the life quality before and after the treatment between the two groups were compared.ResultsThe total effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(95%vs.86%,P＜0.05).The lung function of the treatment group after treatment was better than that of the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,each dimension score and total score of life quality in the treatment group were significantly higher than those before treatment(P＜0.05),but the symptoms and activity scores in the control group were significantly higher than those before treatment(P＜0.05).The score of each dimension and total score of the life quality in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).ConclusionAstragalus Granules combined with Montelukast sodium can obviously improve the lung function and life quality in disease children,and improve the clinical effect.
