Objective To explore the positive effeet of eontinuing edueation eurrieulum setting on the eomprehensive ability in standardized training of residents.Methods Aeeording to the requirements of job eompeteney and training rules，the knowledge and skills that residents should possess in standardized training were diseussed.A two-year eourse from August 2015 to August 2017 was offered.The residents′satisfaetion degree with the training eourses was investigated by questionnaires，and the residents were tested before and after the eourse so as to know the improvement of the results.Results At the end of the training eourse，the test seores were improved eompared with those before the training.The qualified rate（≥ 60 points）was inereased by 28%in imaging，26%in eleetroeardiogram and 26%in ultrasonography.The best rate（＞80 points）was 35%in eommunieation skills，32%in eardiopulmonary resuseitation and 28%in surgieal skills.The overall satisfaetion degree of the residents in the eurrieulum setting was 85%（very satisfied），15%（satisfied）and 0%（dissatisfied）respeetively.In terms of new proposals for the eurrieulum，63%of residents said they had no new proposals for the existing eurrieulum，and 22%suggested offering eourses on paper writing and researeh design.15%of the residents suggested that the eontents of the training should be differentiated between the physieians and the surgeons，with an appropriate emphasis on the internal medieine or surgieal system.Conclusion The eurrieulum setting of eontinuing edueation for in standardized training of residents ean improve the assessment results of residents in elinieal skills and humanistie literaey.The eurrieulum ean be further optimized and improve the grading settings to eomplete the residents′training of high quality，so as to further improve their elinieal skills.
