Analysis of the nursing management review results of the third-cycle tertiary general hospital in Jiangxi province |

Abstract In order to deepen the reform of the medical and health system,strengthen supervision and management of hospitals,promoting hospitals to strengthen the connotation construction,improving management level and service efficiency,continuously improve the quality of medical services,and ensuring medical safety,Jiangxi Provincial Health Department launched a new round of hospital review work in February 2012.Through the establishment of a hospital review organization,review normative documents and medical institutions planning,the improvement of the evaluation of expert teams,the implementation of evaluation-related training,comprehensive promotion and cultivation of a typical combination of a series of measures,the 26 three-level comprehensive hospitals carried out the hospital review work in 2017.The review included 52 nursing review terms.As a result,of the 26 hospitals,2 of the 3rd grade B passed the review and became the third grade A,and the remaining 24 hospitals remained unchanged.The proportion of “A”excellent clauses is 27.96%,the proportion of “B” good clauses is 50.8%,the proportion of “C” qualified clauses is 19.17%,the proportion of “D” unqualified clauses is 2.08%;the satisfaction of social evaluation is (95.83±2.55)%.Through a new round of hospital review,the work process was further standardized,the rules and regulations were improved,the quality of care was continuously improved,the satisfaction of social evaluation was improved,and the nursing management ability and service ability were greatly improved.
