肾炎康复片联合缬沙坦治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的临床观察

Abstract Objective To explore the clinical effect of Shenyankangfu Tablets combined with Valsartan in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis.Methods Ninety patients with chronic glomerulonephritis admitted to Ningde Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 1,2015 to February 10,2016 were selected as the study subjects,the patients were divided into observation group and control group according to computer random grouping method,with 45 cases in each group,the patients in the observation group were treated with Shenyankangfu Tablets combined with Valsartan,while the control group was given conventional treatment.The glomerular filtration rate,serum potassium level,serum creatinine level,total effective rate,hospitalization time and symptom improvement time were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the glomerular filtration rate and serum potassium level of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the serum creatinine level was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.56%,which was higher than that of the control group of 71.11%,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The hospitalization time and symptom improvement time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Through the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis patients with Shenyankangfu Tablets combined with Valsartan,achieved significant results,can improve the patient's indicators,shorten hospital stay,and promote the rehabilitation of patients.
