布地奈德、异丙托溴铵联合沙丁胺醇雾化吸入治疗哮喘急性发作的临床效果

Abstract Objective To investigate the clinical effect of budesonide,ipratropium bromide combined with salbutamol in aerosol inhalation in the treatment of acute asthma attack.Methods Sixty patients with acute exacerbation of asthma admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to January 2017 were enrolled in the study.They were randomly divided into control group(n=32)and experimental group(n=28).In the control group,aerosol inhalation of budesonide and ipratropium bromide was used,while in the experimental group,salbutamol was added.The clinical therapeutic effect and the blood gas indexes before and after treatment compared between the two groups.Results The total effectiveness rate of the experimental group was 96.43%,which was higher than that of the control group accounting for 78.13%,with a significant difference (P＜0.05).The PO2of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and PCO2 of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,with statistical significance (P＜0.05).Conclusion For patients with acute asthma attack,budesonide,ipratropium bromide combined with salbutamol in aerosol inhalation can obtain a remarkable clinical effect and significantly improve the blood gas index of patients.
