健康教育对改善老年痴呆患者吞咽障碍的影响

Abstract Objective To explore the Influence of health education on improving dysphagia in patients with Alzheimer′s disease.Methods A total of 40 patients with Alzheimer′s disease and dysphagia treated in Elderly Hospital of Guangzhou City from January 2016 to September 2017 were selected by randomized sampling method.All patients were given health education.After six months of health education,the dysphagia grading,BMI index of patients were observed.Results The improvement of dysphagia after patient care was better than that before nursing,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The average BMI after nursing was(22.45±3.54)kg/m2,which was higher than that before nursing for(20.69±2.28)kg/m2,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Health education can help improve the dysphagia of patients with Alzheimer′s disease,which has higher application value,and is worthy of recommend.
