噻托溴铵治疗COPD的效果及对生活质量的影响

Abstract ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of Tiotropium Bromide in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD)and its influence on the quality of life.Methods100 patients with COPD from February 2014 to December 2016 treated in our hospital were selected as the subjects,and randomly divided into control group and study group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional treatment,and the study group was treated with Tiotropium Bromide on the basis of the control group the clinical efficacy,pulmonary function index,blood gas index,6 min walking distance(6MWD),quality of life score and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.ResultsThe tatal clinical effective rate of the study group(90.00%)was significantly higher than that of the control group (72.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Before intervention,there was no significant difference in pulmonary function index and 6MWD between the two groups(P＞0.05).After intervention,the FEV1,FVC,FEV1%and 6MWD in the two groups were significantly increased,and the study group was higher than that of the control group (P＜0.05).Before intervention,there was no significant difference in blood gas index between the two groups(P＞0.05).After intervention,the two groups of PaO2were increased,PaCO2decreased,and the study group was significantly changed compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Before intervention,there was no significant difference in the quality of life score between the two groups(P＞0.05).After intervention,the quality of life scores of the two groups were decreased,and the study group was lower than that of the control group (P＜0.05).Two groups of patients the incidence of adverse reactions was not statistically significant(P＞0.05).ConclusionTiotropium Bromide in the treatment of COPD can significantly improve the lung function and quality of life of patients,improve exercise endurance,curative effect is exact,and the clinical application has certain security.
