健侧上肢训练对偏瘫肢体上肢功能的影响

Abstract ObjectiveTo study the curative effect of uninjured upper limb training on upper limb function in hemiplegic patients.Methods44 patients with stroke hemiplegia who were hospitalized in our hospital from January 2013 to April 2017 were selected and randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group(n=22).The patients in the two groups were treated with routine rehabilitation training,including hemiplegic limb comprehensive training,hyperbaric oxygen,neuromuscular stimulation,electroacupuncture and so on.On the basis of the above rehabilitation therapy,the treatment group used compensatory ADL training,the control group was Only given the affected side of the body for rehabilitation training,and did not allow healthy side compensation.The two groups of patients were trained 45 min each time,1 times a day,the course of treatment was 30 d.Using the MAS scale in the upper limb motor function score,functional independence(FIM)self-care ability in dressing,grooming,eating and other items evaluated.ResultsThe score of MAS in the treatment group after treatment was significantly higher than that before treatment and the control group after treatment(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the FIM index score between the treatment group after treatment and before treatment and the control group after treatment(P＞0.05).ConclusionUpper limb training can improve the motor function of upper limb in stroke patients with hemiplegia.
