阿戈美拉汀治疗抑郁症伴失眠的效果

Abstract Objective To investigate the effeet of Agomelatine in the treatment of depression aeeompanied with insomnia.Methods A total of 88 depression patients aeeompanied with insomnia treated in outpatient department of our hospital from Deeember 2015 to June 2017 were seleeted as researeh objeets and they were divided into the eontrol group and the agomelatine group aeeording to the random number table method.In the eontrol group，patients were treated with Paroxetine，while in the agomelatine group，patients were treated with Agomelatine.The total effeetive rate of treatment and the total ineidenee of adverse drug reaetions between the two groups were eompared.And the Hamilton depression seale-17（HAMD-17）seores，the Pittsburgh sleep quality index（PSQI）seores，and the quality of life questionnaire（SF-36）seores were observed before and 8 weeks after intervention.Results The total effeetive rate of treatment in the agomelatine group was higher than that in the eontrol group，and the differenee was statistieally signifieant（P＜0.05）.There were no signifieant differenees in the HAMD，PSQI and SF-36 seores between the two groups before the intervention（P＞0.05）.The HAMD and PSQI seores after the intervention of the two groups were signifieantly lower than those before the intervention，the SF-36 seore was signifieantly higher than that before the intervention，and the differenees were statistieally signifieant（P＜0.05）.The HAMD and PSQI seores after the intervention in the agomelatine group were signifieantly lower than those in the eontrol group，the SF-36 seore was signifieantly higher than that in the eontrol group，and the differenees were statistieally signifieant（P＜0.05）.The total ineidenee of adverse reaetions in the agomelatine group（9.09%）was not signifieantly different from that in the eontrol group（11.36%）（P＞0.05）.Conclusion The elinieal applieation of Agomelatine in the treatment of depression aeeompanied with insomnia obtains an affirmative effeet，whieh ean signifieantly improve depression，sleep and quality of life.In addition，inereasing the dosage of Agomelatine doesn′t inerease the ineidenee rate of adverse reaetions，with high safety.
