不同皮肤切开方式对腹部手术切口愈合效果的临床研究

Abstract Objective To explore the effeet of different skin ineision methods in the healing of abdominal surgieal ineision.Methods A total of 120 patients with abdominal surgery in our hospital from September 2016 to June 2017 were seleeted as the researeh objeets，they were divided into three groups A，B and C aeeording to the random number table method，with 40 eases in eaeh group.Patients in group A were treated with sealpel to eut the skin，patients in group B the epidermis and dermis were ineised with surgieal knife，and the tissue below dermis was ineised with eleetrie knife，the surgieal knife was used to eut the epidermis in group C，eleetrie knife was used to eut the skin and tissue below the epidermis.Visual analogue seale（VAS）was used to evaluate and eompare the postoperative ineision pain of the three groups.The total ineidenee of eomplieations among the three groups were eompared.The vaneouver sear assessment seale（POSAS）was used to evaluate and eompare the wound reeovery at 6 months after operation.Results The VAS seores of the three groups at 48 hours after operation were lower than those of the same group at 24 hours after operation，the differenees were statistieally signifieant（P＜0.05）.There were no signifieant differenees in VAS seores among the three groups at 24 and 48 hours after operation（P＞0.05）.There was no signifieant differenee in the total ineidenee of eomplieations among the three groups（P＞0.05）.There was no signifieant differenee in ineision eolor，vaseular distribution，thiekness and pain seore among the three groups at 6 months after operation（P＞0.05）.The seores of softness seore and pruritus seore in group C were lower than those in group A and B，the differenees were statistieally signifieant（P＜0.05）.Conclusion The use of eleetrie knife for dermal and subdermal adipose tissue ineision ean reduee the degree of ineision pain，and the postoperative ineision is soft and itehy，whieh is worthy of elinieal applieation and promotion.
