Lynch综合征相关遗传基因及病理诊断对临床的指导价值

Abstract Objective To investigate the elinieal guidanee value of Lyneh syndrome related genetie genes and pathologieal diagnosis.Methods All of 358 patients with eoloreetal eaneer and endometrial eaneer treaed in our hospital from January 2015 to Mareh 2018 were seleeted.Among them，44 eases diagnosed with Lyneh syndrome were ineluded in the observation objeets，The MLH1/MSH2/MSH6/PMS2 protein was deteeted by immunohistoehemistry（IHC），and the mierosatellite instability（MSI）was examined by multiplex PCR teehnique.Types of first-episode diseases and expression of MMR gene of Lyneh syndrome were eounted.Results There were 21 eases（48.8%）of eoloreetal eaneer，13 eases（29.5%）of endometrial eaneer，3 eases of gastrie eaneer（6.8%），3 eases（6.8%）of urinary system，and 4 eases of other sites（9.1%）.In the Jingdezhen area，the most eommon MMR gene deletions in patients with Lyneh syndrome of eoloreetal eaneer were MLH1 and PMS2，and the most eommon MMR gene deletions in patients with Lyneh syndrome of eoloreetal eaneer were MSH2 and MSH6.For eoloreetal eaneer patients with MLH1 and MSH2 mutations，the ineidenee of eolon eaneer is mostly in the right eolon（24 eases，77.4%）.There were 8 eases（25.8%）of eolon eaneer eombined with reetal eaneer.For endometrial eaneer，among pathology and histologieal types：11 patients（84.6%）with squamous eell eareinoma，one ease（7.7%）with elear eell eareinoma and one ease with serous eareinoma.Conclusion For patients with eoloreetal eaneer，espeeially right eolon eaneer with MLH1 and PMS2 defieieney，the ineidenee of Lyneh syndrome is greater.For endometrial eaneer，espeeially the pathologieal type is squamous eell eareinoma and eombined with MSH2 and MSH6 defieieney，and the probability of developing Lyneh syndrome is higher.
