| Effect of rehabilitation nursing in nursing care of patients with enterostomy |

Abstract Objective To explore the effect of rehabilitation nursing and quality of life (QOL)on patients with enterostomy,and to provide guidance for clinical practice.Methods From January 2015 to February 2018,72 patients with enterostomy in our department were randomly divided into experimental group(n=40)and control group(n=32).Rehabilitation nursing was applied in experimental group and routine nursing was used in control group.The quality of life score,psychological status score,satisfaction score,incidence of complications and length of stay were compared between two group.Results The quality of life score of the patients in the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the psychological status score was lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05）.The total incidence of complications in the experimental group was 2.50%lower than that of the control group (25%),the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05）;the satisfaction score of the experimental group was(8.25+0.31)points,which was higher than that of the control group,and the length of stay ([28.12+2.31]d)was shorter than that of the control group(P＜0.05）.Conclusion It is feasible to carry out rehabilitation nursing for patients with enterostomy,which is helpful to improve the quality of life of patients.
