胃癌术后早期肠内营养护理中责任制小组的应用分析

Abstract Objective To explore the practical effect of the application of the analytical responsibility group in the early enteral nutrition（EN)nursing after the operation of gastric cancer.Methods From May 2013 to 2 June 2017,underwent surgical treatment in People's Hospital of Yingtan City for patients with gastric cancer were selected 68 cases as the research object.They the observation group were randomly divided into the observation group (35 cases)and the control group(33 cases).The control group was received routine nursing care,the observation group was took responsibility group nursing.The nutritional status,postoperative recovery,postoperative complications and nursing service evaluation were compared and analyzed between the two groups.Results The nutritional status of the observation group was better than that of the reference group (P＜0.05）.The bowel sound recovery,exhaust,defecation,food intake and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the reference group(P＜0.05）.The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the reference group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P＞0.05）.The satisfaction of the nursing service in the observation group was higher than that in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05）.Conclusion The use of responsibility group in postoperative gastric cancer patients can provide better effect of enteral nutrition nursing,which is more conducive to postoperative recovery of patients,and nursing services can also get higher evaluation.
