| The family support system evaluates the effect of breastfeeding |

Abstract Objective To study the effect of family support system on improving breastfeeding.Methods A total of 166 parturient patients admitted to our hospital from February 2017 to February 2018 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into the control group and the experimental group according to the treatment time,83 cases in each group.The control group did not intervene,and the experimental group was given the family support system.The first active breast-feeding time,the number of active breastfeeding per day,the exclusive breastfeeding rate during the neonatal period,and the knowledge of the nursing health knowledge was campared between two groups.Results The first active lactation time in the experimental group was earlier than that in the control group,active feeding times every day in the experimental group was more than that in the control group,birth rate of exclusive breastfeeding during hospitalization and awareness of nursing health knowledge in the experimental group were higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05）.Conclusion The implementation of a home support system for mothers and babies can allow mothers to acquire more knowledge about breastfeeding,increase the success rate of breastfeeding,and increase their ability to care for newborn babies.
