Study of changes of coagulation function indicators in neonates in Bao'an District,Shenzhen City |

Abstract Objective To explore five reference intervals and the change rule of coagulation function in neonates in Bao'an District,Shenzhen City.Methods A total of 250 neonates born in our Department of Obstetrics from June 2017 to January 2018 were selected as the subjects.According to whether the gestational cycle reaching 37 weeks,the neonates were divided into full-term group and preterm group,with 125 cases in each group.The prothrombin time(PT),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),thrombin time(TT),fibrinogen(Fib)level and platelet count(PLT)within 1 day after birth in the full-term group and the preterm group were compared,as well as the levels of the above-mentioned indicators of newborns at different time such as 1~<3,3~<7,7~<14 and 14~<21 days.Results The postpartum PT,APTT and TT in the preterm group were significantly higher than those in the full-term group(P<0.05),while the levels of FIB and PLT were significantly lower than those in the full-term group (P<0.05).The levels of PT,APTT and TT of neonates on 14~<21 days after birth were significantly lower than those on 1~<3 days(P<0.05),while the levels of FIB and PLT of neonates on 14~<21 days after birth were significantly higher than those on 1~<3 days(P<0.05).Conclusion The distribution of neonatal coagulation function indicators in this region has its own characteristics.The levels of PT,APTT and TT of preterm infants are longer than those of full-term infants,while the levels of FIB and PLT are lower.
