氟桂利嗪单用及联用血塞通治疗老年偏头痛患者的效果比较分析

Abstract Objective To study the comparative analysis of the efficacy of single using Flunarizine and using Flunarizine combined with Xuesetong in the treatment of elderly migraine patients and to provide effective treatment for the treatment and recovery of senile migraine.Methods A total of 80 cases of elderly migraine patients receiving treatment in our hospital from August 2015 to December 2016 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and study group of 40 patients with a random number table method.The patients in the control group were treated with Flunarizine,and the study group were treated with Flunarizine combined with Xuesetong.The treatment effect,adverse reaction after treatment and the change of headache symptoms before and after treatment(including headache score,duration and number of attacks)were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).In the control group and the study group,the scores of headache after treatment were lower than before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The duration of migraine after treatment in the control group and the study group were lower than those of the group before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.0.5).The number of migraine attacks in the control group and the study group were less than those of the group before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Before treatment,there were no statistically significant difference in headache score,duration and number of attacks between the two groups(P＞0.05).In the study group,the scores of headache after treatment was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The duration of migraine after treatment in the study group were lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The number of migraine attacks in the study group were less than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The effect of Flunarizine on the treatment of senile migraine was significantly better than that of the patients treated with Flunarizine alone.And there was no obvious adverse reaction and it has very good therapeutic effect.
