CT灌注成像在肝细胞癌诊断中的应用价值

Abstract Objective To analyze the clinical value of CT perfusion imaging (CTP)in the diagnosis of hepatocellular carcinoma （HCC）.Methods A total of 74 patients with HCC who were treated by surgery and pathology from August 2015 to August 2017 were selected and divided into control group and research group according to the actual preoperative inspection methods，37 cases in each group.The control group was received routine CT scan before operation,and the study group was received CTP before operation.The coincidence rate of blood volume,perfusion volume,operation time,incident rate,misdiagnosis rate,missed diagnosis rate,preoperative examination results and postoperative pathological findings were compared.Results The patients in the study group during the inspection of blood volume was lower than that in the control group,the perfusion rate was higher than that in the control group,operation time was shorter than that in the control group (P＜0.05）.Dispute incident rate was only 2.7%,lesser than that in the control group(13.5%)(P＜0.05）.The rate of misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis rate was lower than that in the control group (P＜0.05）;preoperative examination results and postoperative pathology results coincidence rate was reached 94.6%,higher than 70.3%of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05）.Conclusion Using CTP to diagnose the condition of HCC can shorten the operation time,reduce the rate of misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis,reduce the disputes caused by it,and improve the accuracy of diagnosis of hepatocellular carcinoma.
